FAQ’s

Do we still have to keep our paper receipts as well?

HMRC are more than happy to accept scanned documents instead of paper copies, as after all, some receipts, such as till ones will fade and not last the obligatory six years you have to keep your  accounts for.


How quick do you do my work?

We will endeavour to have a 5 day turn around, so that when we receive your paperwork, we will email you to confirm receipt and start work on your scanning.

If I find you have not scanned a receipt what do I do?

We ask that when you received your documents back that you confirm everything is in order, but we do keep your receipts for one calender month so if you find we have missed one, we can then scan and send it to you.

What happens to my receipts that you keep?

When the month has passed we will shred all receipts unless you specifically ask for them to be returned, which you will bear at your own cost.

Can I use my excel document with my software package?

All software packages will import excel documents, so yes, you can use the document we send you to update your accounts package.


Do you offer other services?

If after you have had your receipts scanned and you wish to make use of our other services, be it tax returns, or be it bookkeeping, then yes as a valued customer, we will tailor your package to suit your needs and offer you a discounted service.
