Let us take your receipts and

turn them in to a spreadsheet!

The Process

  • At the end of each month, you put all your receipts in an envelope and mail them to us
  • We will confirm by email that we have received them
  • We will then scan and format and email you the pdf and excel document
  • An invoice will be issued
  • We will keep hold of your receipts for one month to allow you to check your scans to make sure you are happy that we have included everything you sent to us
  • If you would like one of our shoeboxes to keep your receipts in, let us know and we will send one to you.
